Terms and Conditions.

Overview

Item returns policy lasts 14 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, your gadget will be serviced at respective service centre as per manufacturer warranty terms.

To be eligible for a return/refund,for any new computer/phone/printer/gadget spares purchased from Doscom Solutions that is “dead on arrival(Not Working)/Defective,” arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Doscom Solutions reserves the right to test “dead on arrival” returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned computer that is damaged through customer misuse (User Induced Damage), is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. Doscom Solutions will not accept returns of any Gadget (Laptop/Desktop/Printer/Phone) more than 30 days after you receive or Purchase. New, used, and refurbished Gadgets purchased have 5days return/refund policy and upto 3months service warranty.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We sell global standard gadgets that come with manufacturer warranty warranty that lasts depending on manufacturer. For out of warranty but New Gadgets will need proof of purchase (POP/Receipt) to be processed under warranty.

For PreOwned/Used Gadgets its service warranty of unto 90days where your gadget gets serviced for free but incase of within 7 days your gadgets gets replaced with another one same as it or whichever you choose. Kindly note no cash refunds.

Quality Pass/Check

Once your return is received and inspected to qualify under warranty call, you get a JOBID and leave to be processed for service.

Repair Service both for warranty and out of warranty cases takes 2-14 working days including 48hrs of diagnosis. In some cases it takes hours as you wait as there are user challenges that we assist either remotely(on call)/Onsite which do not need User booking the device.

90 Days Warranty for Repaired Units (Laptop/Desktop/Printer/Phones)

Customer Induced Damage (Spillage, Broken Parts, Accidents or Any Physical Damage) on units( Laptops/Desktops/Printers/Phones).

We always make sure we sell functional gadgets and before we hand it to you it has already gone 3 phases of testing to ensure our quality to you is nothing short of above and beyond best that you deserve but always confirm and get POP(Receipt later known as proof of purchase after purchase).

Repaired Units

All our repaired units are installed with a warranty label(QC/Quality Check) to prevent unauthorised disassembly of the gadget which faults warranty claim/if tampered with.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email/ Contact our official Number and send your item to our store address.

Depending on your Location, time depends on parcel services to that location.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
